Started with "Hillary Can Do It." Haven't Stopped Since.

I've been a problem solver for as long as I can remember. When I first started talking, my go-to declaration was "Hillary can do it!" and I meant it. That determination to figure things out, to not wait for someone else to solve the problem, has never left me.

It shaped how I taught. I spent over a decade in education, including years as a Math Department Lead supervising a team of teachers, before bringing those instincts into the world of Learning and Development. Teaching math taught me something more valuable than any curriculum: people learn best when they feel safe enough to try, fail, and try again. I still design that way.

From there my career expanded into instructional design, LMS administration, process improvement, and organizational change. I've built quality systems from scratch, led cross-functional initiatives, and partnered with senior leaders to turn complex challenges into clear, human-centered solutions. I'm drawn to the bigger picture, not just what needs to be built, but who will use it, how they'll react, and whether it will actually stick.

I'm currently deepening my focus in change management, because I believe most change initiatives don't fail from lack of urgency. They fail because nobody asked the harder questions about the people in the room.

And that curiosity? It doesn't clock out at 5pm.

You'll find me kayaking a river, standing on the Great Wall of China, or being thoroughly outsmarted by one of my dogs. My need to explore, ask questions, and understand how things work shows up everywhere in my life, not just at work.

That's the version of me you get. Curious, committed, and always looking for a better way forward.
